Cancellation Policy

Appointment request times may be shifted to optimize scheduling. Please note any time shift notifications you may receive and contact me directly if there are any scheduling conflicts with the new time. Please provide at least 24 hours notice before canceling an appointment. I do understand that illness can come on unexpectedly and will always appreciate that you cancel your appointment so as to protect others from illness. If 2 cancellations occur with less than 24 hours notice, client may be required to pay in full for one of the missed appointments before being able to schedule another appointment. If 2 consecutive reschedules occur, a 50% non-refundable booking fee will be required and applied toward the completed appt. Deposits will be applied to total of completed appointment. If any appointment requiring a deposit is no-showed or canceled with less than 24 hours notice, deposit will be forfeit. WITH ANY CHEMICAL SERVICE, THERE ARE RISKS INVOLVED. -Genetics, medications, hormones and overall health play a role in the composition of your hair and can affect the results. -All previous chemical services can add risk or alter the results. Even if a color is faded, it is still present in your hair until it is cut off. -Well water, hard water and copper pipes can cause reactions in the hair. Mineral deposits from water and pipes can build up in your hair and cause a reaction with chemical services. The reactions are unpredictable and can happen after multiple times of using the same product. -Allergies can develop at any time, even to something we have been using our entire lives. HOME HAIR CARE MAINTENANCE Your hair is an investment and we want it to last as long as possible. The importance of home care is essential when recreating your style as well as maintaining and protecting your color. Color services are guaranteed only when accompanied with professional products.
